This app is great, when it works. Which is never. I keep getting "unhandled errror" when trying to sign in. Fix this please!

App is now working. Thanks korlithiel you helped point me in the right direction of a resolution. It may have been the slightest changed with our server URL for those who are still having this issue. I am testing the app as an alternative for users who can't get to a clock and those users who never approve their time. So far it looks like it will help our workforce be very productive. More to come.
I can't even use it

I need this app for work but it doesn't work at all. Every Time I try to log in it says "unhandled error" not even my managers can help me. I've never been able to log on once!

This app loads a login screen that is only partially visible, and I was unable to see much beyond a blank screen. It was 100% unusable. The non-mobile software from this company is also very low quality, requires Java (unheard of these days), and has very low usability.

If you are a whole foods employee good luck if you forget your password you will wait multiple days to reset it through orchard at work Kronos makes nothing simple. It gives you the bare essentials for schedules and that's it. If you have to use it you are screwed. If possible find something else.

I heavily rely on this app to stay on top of my work schedule. It's had minor glitches every once & awhile on my iPhone but I've never experienced any serious issues. It gets the job done!

Where to begin? You barely have access to anything... Only time card and personal schedule. You have to type in your password every time. Times out very quickly. And good luck if you forget you there is no place to reset it and customer service is impossible to get a hold of. Too bad this app is required for my job or else I would never use it and would never recommend.

This app is desperate for some basic UX improvements. 1. TURN OFF AUTOCORRECT FOR FORM FIELDS. I had to enter the server name several times before I could log on. 2. Organize tasks into actual tasks. Instead of "my timecard" give me something I can do, such as "request time off" or "entire time off." 3. What is schedule even for? Nothing loads when tap this. If something doesn't apply to a user, don't show it. 4. Label menus. What's with the weird ellipses at the top right of my timecard screen? There's only one option (context). Just label that button context. 5. Also, try a better label than context? I had no idea what that meant until I tapped it.
