The app will not connect

Unfortunately the App will not connect to my UE Boom 2. Have tried deleting it and downloading it multiple times. Good thing the speaker works regardless because this is useless.

I used to love this app! No longer does the smart bluetooth work or connects to the App. I've unpaired it, repaired it, removed device from my iPhone re added, uninstalled the app reinstalled it, i even plugged it into my computers to see if there was a soft ware update for the speaker and still no luck. Come on UE who's in charge of your App development? They should be fired for this crap.

It worked for the first few weeks and now no matter what I do it won't connect to the device. It keeps saying "make sure UE is turned on and in range". Really? Because it's right next to it!!! What a waste of time and money, when you can buy a wireless speaker from Walgreens for $20 that has worked for YEARS!!! Don't wage your money, it's crap!

In the past, this app has been great to adjust the EQ and notify me of new updates to my speaker. This now will not connect to the speaker through the app. I actually just upgraded to a brand new phone, the problem is still there. Please fix this problem, UE, if you want to keep your customers!

When I first got it, the app paired fine with my speaker. It was great! Now, it can't even find it after the re installing and uninstalling that I have done to try and fix it. The app is useless.

This app worked for about the first 2 weeks when I first got my speaker. Has not worked since, I can't access my speaker from the app whatsoever. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall.. Nothing has worked.

Now the app won't even recognize the speaker which makes the app useless, hoping for a fix in the near future because the equalizer was useful.

I'm on the latest iOS update if that matters. THE PROBLEM is that I can be connected to my speaker by Bluetooth but the app will not even register a speaker

FIX IT NOW......Every and anything that needed to be updated on the app/speakers has been updated. Yet the speakers still wont double up. The app doesn't recognize that the speaker is on no matter the distance between the two. PLEASE UE you've created the best speakers on the market yet your app is killing your brand so again FIX IT NOW.

Have iPhone 9.3. My Boom, Boom 2 nor my MegaBoom can utilize the apps? UE claimed to have never heard of this issue when i called last week. Have $700 worth of speakers i can only use thru bluetooth. Way 2hang onto loyal customers UE..
