Ue boom2 works well however the app doesn't recognize that I'm connected to it.

App used to work but since the last update it doesn't think that my Boom 2 is connected even when it is. The EQ is stuck on "voices" and my $200 device is borderline useless.

I read another review where the person reset their boom by holding the Bluetooth button and volume down button together. I tried it and mine works fine now ??

This app is completely broken. The speaker itself works fine and connects via bluetooth, but the app won't connect with the speaker

Ever since the last update the app does not recognize my UE Boom2. The speaker connects via bluetooth and plays music but I cannot connect to app to adjust EQ settings and other features. Please fix this.

This app is garbage
Tried reset with Bluetooth and volume down. Nothing happens app won't see speaker anymore since last update. Too bad as I sell these speakers---should say I "used to" not anymore until this crap gets fixed!!
