With this app, owners of vehicles with Uconnect Access or SiriusXM Guardian are able to:
- Lock or unlock your car from virtually anywhere*
- Start your car & cancel start remotely*
- Flash the lights & sound the horn to help find your car*
- Locate your car on a map using Vehicle Finder
- Send a destination to your car’s navigation system using Send & Go[1]
* Compatible with most smartwatches
You can log in to the app using the same username and password that you used when registering your Uconnect System.
What can we help you with? Contact us directly from the app. Simply select Help in the main menu and then select Send Feedback. You can also push the ASSIST button on your rearview mirror to speak with a representative.

Vehicle must be properly equipped with compatible Uconnect system. Vehicle must be registered for Uconnect Access or SiriusXM Guardian fulfilling all registration and subscription requirements. Vehicle must be located within the 48 contiguous United States, plus Alaska and Hawaii. Also, vehicle must have an active and usable cellular connection.
[1] Send & Go requires Uconnect Navigation. Remote Vehicle Start not available on all vehicles. You are responsible for using remote features in accordance with any laws, rules, or ordinances in effect in your vehicle’s location.

It’s convenient, but could be better

I’m grateful for a way to start my car from anywhere, but the delay is irritating. My husband’s truck has the same option (different make) and as soon as he hits start, it’s on.

New Jeep and it’s a shame that this app doesn’t work. Well 10% of the time to be honest. Not even worth if it was free for life of the lease. I’m not sure what the problem is but I’ve had before with Lexus and Volvo and it’s great when it works
Won’t start

I’ve had a 2021 jeep GC since 12/23/20. The remote start has not worked from the App from day one. I’ve spent hours on the phone with XM support, taken it back to the dealer as XM directed. All I can get from them is “when the app gets updated it should start working “. In the meantime I’m paying for a 50k vehicle and can’t even use the remote start while it’s well below freezing here....
No confirmation messages

I think it would be a whole lot better if you got a confirmation message confirming that the remote action was completed, such as if you lock the car after the car locks you should get a message saying car is locked, or if you remote start the car from the app you should get a confirmation message that the car has successfully started and is running, the whole point of this app on the phone is so that you can use the services when the car is not in your view or is far away, it’s just hard to tell whether or not the action was successfully completed without some sort of a confirmation message here in the app, can’t this be added?, I know other remote start apps from other car makers such as Ford do this and I think it’s great

This app works 10% of the time. Really disappointing. I have a 2019 Dodge Durango and part of the appeal was having an app that I could use to start and unlock/lock my car. As far as app go this one is still in the Stone Age.
