Before you download this app, understand that you have to basically pay additional money in order to have what you already have for FREE on your keys. Nothing special added nor is there anything cool that you can do from the app that the key can’t already do and you have to pay an additional fee just to have that.... Why can’t we have the app already just for buying the car? The features on the app are the same thing on your key... Y’all better update this soon and just allow a free version of this app to connect to the car because tesla and a few other companies already give it for free.

Personally disappointed in this APP/feature. I had gotten a run down on the Ford app as was looking at the SuperDuty 2500 also. It could lock /unlock, start/kill, horn, and location also. BUT it did so much more. Showed fuel level, oil life, all the PM stuff. Thanks

Slow and has failed several times it’s usually quicker for me to start the vehicle myself than it is to use the app. Even when it’s -30 outside

Llevo un mes descargando y borrando y actualizando y no abre la app no sirve me dice q no tengo conectividad. Estoy pagando $27 mensuales y no e podido entrar ni de iphone ni de android. Ayuda please

What’s the point of this app if all the request I make using it fails? I complained before and they credited me a few extra months free but guess what? That app still doesn’t start me truck!

I’ve not been able to use the app since I don’t sync my time on my phone and the network I’m on. I like to set my time on my phone a little faster. It says I must turn the auto time update on. Why? I’m not worried about the time and I’m not going to change the time just to use 1 app. The old version did not have this. Big waste of money if I can’t even use the app.

Ok app...that’s it though. However, should you get a new vehicle, I feel bad for you...getting the vehicles changed out on this app, with the terrible support will become a new daily challenge. The one star is more for the support than the app itself.
