I always check the service schedule to know if my dealer is trying to rip me off by recommending unnecessary services.
It’s annoying that each time I open the app I have to select the gasoline option to see my maintenance plan. The app should remember my choices or better yet be based on my VIN. Also it’s not like this app is a security risk so there should be no need to login. Just show me info based on VIN, nothing more nothing less.
I purchased the extended warranty and the app only lists the manufacture warranty. I did call MOPAR and fortunately they do show my warranty with the correct information.
Thought this app was decent...probably because I only used it to look through the store and How-to videos. Finally tried to schedule my first maintenance and clearly there’s a bug...first, even though it’s an option you can’t actually choose “Any service advisor”. Next field for Transportation preference doesn’t even give you choices. And I can’t get Date & Time to even show up...
This app says to download UConnect. Then UConnect says download Mopar. Both of the apps only do one thing—why not make something a little more all-in-one. I think I only need this app once every 3 months.
The ap is awful. Who in the day and age would make an owner’s manual only available online and then not make it searchable? What possible good is a 497 page PDF? I didn’t get the ap to buy Jeep gear, but to be able to use what I have (the awesome but complicated gladiator rubicon)
Can’t do anything within this app, thought I would use it to track maintenance but it always says “sorry” or wants me to download the Mopar app-question for these idiots-why would I download another one of your apps when this one does nothing?
App never let me login as a registered user. Created a password SEVERAL times and when I tried to login, it said my account was unrecognized. Deleted.
App is easy to figure out and I like having a maintenance schedule on my phone. Assistance with scheduling maintenance appointments through list of available dealers in my area. Dealer coupons. Between this app and Uconnect/Guardian I have complete info about my Pacifica accessible in seconds. Can only help me take better care of my ride.
This has been going on for awhile now. Even the dealer doesn’t add records. So after every install or maintenance done to my Ram I try to add it to my records... NOPE! Please fix this!
