Does not work with Iwatch as advertised

Scott41677

App works most of the time from the phone, but the alleged marking that it works with the iwatch is false. You cannot add it as a complication on watch faces and the reliability on the watch itself is not consistent.

Unreliable

gazl01

This app rarely starts my Jeep. Sometimes you get a “failed start request” but most of the time it just doesn’t start it. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled so many times but nothing fixes it which makes me think it’s a developer issue. Don’t rely on this app for remote start, it’s completely unpredictable. I’ve had this app and my Jeep for over a year and this hasn’t worked right since I’ve owned it.

Horrible app

App rarely works if ever !!! Spending $70,000 on a truck u think they would fix the app !! Very disappointed!!! Never had this trouble with my Chevy !!

App is garbage

BMJKL

I purchased a 2020 Ram 1500 and this app rarely works for the remote start option. Why would you have an app for your vehicle that doesn’t work. I never had this problem with Onstar, my truck would start every time but this UCONNECT app is a piece of you know what. Please fix Everyone in the reviews has the same problem (vehicle won’t start) yet the developers don’t seem to care. The just reply with thanks for your feedback and that’s it with no other assistance. I received a response wanting my email and VIN and no one has reached out to me to correct the problem. The developers don’t care they’re just here to take your money

Awesome

SpecForce

This app is very convenient and easy to use. I can start my vehicle and take less than 15 minutes and my Jeep is nice and warm.

Car start failures

Solitaire addict SD74

Cannot seem to get my remote start to work. Very frustrating.

Mediocre app

AKNeal

It starts, unlocks, and locks my Jeep. I do not like that the “Horns & Lights” button is actually the panic button. It’s should be red and say “PANIC”!! It would also be cool if there onboard auxiliary buttons were accessible via the app.

New Ram Vehicles (2019-2021) Don’t Provide Health

Ryan045678

I have no idea why, but apparently when you opt for a 12” Uconnect unit, you lose the health notifications and info screen. Why on earth would mopar remove features that consumers have been used to??? Update to FCA response: There have been a litany of complaints about this from even your highest paying of customers. My 2018 Laramie cost me $68,000 and is capable of Health Reports. My 2021 Longhorn cost me $80,000 and all I can do is unlock it, start it, and locate it. There are reports of FCA promising to provide an update to the 12 inch units to support this again as far back as 2019. Customers as recently as last week are reporting disappointment due to this feature being removed on newer vehicles, as in they should have done more research and ‘shame on me for assuming it was a better truck’. Don’t cop out and give up. Fix it! Make us feel like we bought the better truck.

Horrible

CrzyGrk74

I’ve had my vehicle for about 2 months now and this XM Guardian was offered as a free trial. What a complete disappointment. Every request I’ve done has resulted in a request failed message back to me. My notification alerts from this app have nothing but request failed. Too bad..

Automatic starter is horrible
