so far the experience has been awful! my remote service do not work! i’ve called 5 times with no luck, and now to try and call, the call fails and i don’t get through to anything! please help!!!

I have tried to use the app with no success. Almost always it freezes on the initial splash screen. On those few occasions I can get past that, it rarely works with either remote start or tracking the the vehicle. There was an earlier version that worked reasonably well. It is possible that given the pathetically poor performance when the automaker tried to implement over-the-air software updates that it is in the server or network. From the customer POV it doesn’t really matter. I will never buy another Jeep (or other FCA) vehicle because of Uconnect. Maybe time to try a Bronco.

There seems to always be a issue with the starter which is annoying when you pay for something and it’s not working

App doesn’t work at all. Can’t start my car or lock doors using app. Completely pointless.

Love the app, just wish whatever the vehicle is doing that the picture of your vehicle in the app would do the same thing! Like when you do remote start from the app and when the vehicle receives the request and flashes the lights that it does the same in the app, or when you open the back, the vehicle in the app turns around and shows the back open! Idk just think it would be cool, even though there is lag in the request at times! Also it would be cool if the app shows the temperature outside!

I’ve had Onstar on many previous vehicles. I have the FordPass on another current vehicle. Both of these apps would unlock, lock and seat the vehicle in 10-20 seconds. It takes my 45 seconds to 90 seconds to do any of the tasks I ask it to do. All of my other vehicles were older. My Jeep is a 2020 and the app is the worst of the 3.
