Screw this. I’m trying to schedule a ride in advance and it is not letting me. I have no “clock and car” button in my search bar nor anywhere in my app. So I obviously need to speak to someone. No customer service number. Just a bunch of frequently asked questions and bull crap. Lyft it is.
A bit expensive. But works.

This is the coolest sh*t I ever seen in my life technology has came a long way and I’m young with a old school mind and downloading and getting into my first Uber was crazy! The whole radar reminded me of a video game as to me tracking down my ride that is the coolest sh*t I ever seen before in my life great job uber !!!

Ride from BWI. Driver called asked where i was headed. Told him. He dropped me. It’s happened before. Give your drivers a way to look at my destination or train them not to call then drop. He even lied to me about coming to get me. Rude.
