App needs include Uber contact number. Help section does not cover simple issues. This is my first time use Uber, give me bad impression. driver picked up wrong customers i could not contact anyone even driver phone number that Uber provided.

We didn’t get dropped off at our destination instead he told us to walk because he didn’t want to drive into traffic. We walked a block in a half and paid for this service.

Took 30 minutes in detours and the maps systems still couldn’t get it right! Glad I knew the area and told the driver the best way to go!
