Carriers should be able to place a bid on the load they want to take. And most of the broker apps have that. Instead of doing that you guys are making it even harder because when you call and place your offer no one freaking calls you back at all. Or they might call you after you waited for half of day.

I’ve been at the receiver for almost 24 hrs now and Uber Freight DONT call me to give me an update on what’s going on and if I’m going to get unloaded today. I don’t even know if they are working on getting me unloaded to be honest. I called them about 10 times from 1/17/19 at 15:00 to 1/18/19. I was supposed to deliver a load on 1/17/19 at 15:45 and according to the receiver my appointment time was for 12:45. How can that be possible if Uber Freight is saying in the Rate Confirmation that the delivery time is at 15:45? So, I had to laid over until today 1/18/19. I just want to advice anyone to be very careful when it comes to using this App. It can help you find loads but it can also make you waste your time and money. I had to cancel another load that I was supposed to pick up afterwards. By cancelling that load I just lost money because of Uber Freight mistakes. My experience with Uber Freight has been somewhat bad. I usually don’t write reviews but I felt like you (drivers) should know what reality is when it comes to working with Uber Freight. Drivers, you don’t deserve nothing less than the best. We do what ever it takes to pick up and deliver on time. No one really knows what we have to go thru from DOTs pulling you over, weigh stations, dealing with the ppl on the road, weather conditions, shippers and receivers and more to just name few things. And now dealing with Uber Freight mistakes because they weren’t paying attention to their job. Today is my last day using Uber freight. It doesn’t work like you think and they don’t pay as good as you deserve. I’m writing this because I don’t wish you to go thru what I’m going thru right now. My wife is pregnant and my son is not doing so good. I needed to be home today and my entire plan of helping my wife with everything just go destroy by Uber Freight.

When i was just using uber,i was happy They help me alot,but now they rates are cheap And the most disappointing part is mileage When u book a lot it shows 560 miles 1000$ which is not a bad at all,once you booked its 750 miles plus dead head ,i dont know how they calculate,after you loaded ,you ask them hey the miles not match would you pay ,they sAy no!!! I dont think that is fare play Pay you attention before you booking anything Tricky guys

Loaded miles ane not correct!!! At least 100 miles short on every load,on longer milea load deferent is over 200 m,FIX THAT!

I do like using Uber freight app for most part the only issue i have is it only happen once .but a customer held me up getting unloaded which made it where I wouldn’t be able to pick up load when I called to explain the situation which was out of my hands the person was very rude... things happen in this industry sometimes which is out of a driver control after this person spoke his piece he hung up .other than that Uber freight is okay sometimes some loads are just to far to DH and it takes for ever seems like when u bid on a load to see if you were the one that gotten load ......

Overall the app is great to find loads around the area and decent rates and the people in Uber are very nice!

Why are you idiots destroying yourselves by hauling for a company like Uber. Do you not know their culture. Smh. We need smarter truckers, but it might be too late.
