In the new update on this app I would like to see dates and days in red color so it separates from the other writing in same Colors,also it would be nice if we have a option to have a search criteria (requests) from and to. One more thing I would like to see bidding options to eliminate all unnecessary calls and time from both sides. Thank you

I don't like the new update because i can see only two loads at a full screen! previous update was much better. this makes it harder and slower for me to check what loads are available:(

After the latest update, the app has now changed the carrier matching radius to somewhere around 250 miles WITHOUT the ability to set a filter for search radius. Additionally, the new interface for the matched loads is incredibly uninformative as it displays new loads, but once viewing them, they do not disappear from the registry and there is no organization whatsoever for those matched loads. There’s also no way to dismiss loads that have been viewed or keep track of loads that you’re considering. For finding loads, the app is now almost useless as it’s spouting information without organization. Previous version was much, much better.

When you book loads for your drivers. They move the load Into the “broker Dept”. (If your not the one driving) By doing this they remove the load out of ur app. Which in turn u can’t see the load anymore or view it in ur app as past loads or check payment status or even upload the bols to the app anymore. Makes things scattered and difficult to keep track of.

Appears to be great until it’s time for them to pay. They refused to pay detention and claim that lumper pay is included in load pay when it clearly states to contact them if lumper is included. How can lumper pay be included if each company rates are different?

Uber team! Please add bidding option to this app, you have to be competitive with other load boards providers. Each time I want to book a load, I have to call Chicago office and negotiate. And now I noticed that most of the brokers in your team becomes ignorant, don’t want to negotiate and hand up the phone. Every time run in a problem with pickup or delivery, Uber team is useless! You guys were Number 1 in the passed, now it’s really hard to work with you, because lots of deception and NO help. Please solve this issue! Thanks

The app works fine, I’m sure with time they will get more loads to post. the problem is with the customer service. You only have one number to call, yes there are a few nice reps, but there’s a bunch of rude reps that won’t give you their name, or if you ask to speak to a Manager they say it’s them. They're extremely rude and will just hang up on you because you can’t reach them after that. And if you want to talk about your pay they say they can’t transfer you to accounting because they don’t have phones, and you have to email them. If you are lucky they will call you ( remember they don’t have phones) back in a day or two.
