Connectivity Problems

Not sure what is wrong with the app, but have a lot of issues. While standing next to the door I get “Administrative Login Fail”. When it does connect it says door is locked when it’s unlocked. I press to unlock and it doesn’t do anything. Have a lot of trouble adding people. Tried turning off Bluetooth or WiFi to test either method exclusively, but still has the same issues. Tried with a bridge and without. Tried deleting the app... Same problems. Tried testing on another iPhone... Same. Also, tried while standing on a OneWheel skateboard, but... you get the idea. Please fix this and then add an Apple Watch app! ?????⭐️??☹️⌚️
Love the keyless entry concept

I contributed with indigo and was glad when the glitches through production were cleared up and anxious to receive. The keyless entry ideas of all types have facinated me. Though the fingerprint is sketchy at best, of the maybe work through it as TouchId might have been better. Maybe the software to train the print needs tweaking. The way touch id trains to capture the print allows the finger to seat in more the one position. Yours on the other hand only seats one way making catching the spot exactly the next day or later almost impossible to get right.

The fingerprint reader in your locks recognizes 1 in 10 times. I have registered my other fingers as other users and it’s pretty bad. The app connects locally fine. Remotely in some instances it can take 2-3 minutes to connect and operate the lock. One feature we use often is putting the lock in passage mode... which this setting was on the front screen so we don’t have to hint in to advance menus to get to it.

The lock works okay as long as you use a code. The fingerprint scanner is basically nonfunctional. Also the app will always show a low battery even when new ones are used. U-tec knows this but will not comment 9n any fix.

This app is very good and helpful app. I like this app because it is real keyless flexibility . Security is very important . So it’s very powerful app. This app is device making that highly secure recommended to use. I will rate 5 star of this app. It is very beneficial and great app.

Keyless idea is super. The app was a bit confused for me at first. Then I find it more easy.The technology is really great.
