When I first installed the app it was working great, had me accessing as an admin, all was well. Then if I close and reopen the app suddenly I am no longer an admin. Was told to delete user, delete app, behavior is the same. After multiple emails for several days now they say ‘oh it’s a bug.’ Maybe could have told me this from day one when I accurately described the issue. Can’t use the basic features to manage the lock like remote unlock which was the whole reason I bought it. Will most likely return and purchase a better brand with a working app.

The lock is working great. It’s a U-Bolt. In the other hand, when I try to change something as the lock password, the app give error messages as “Admin Login Timeout” making impossible to add new user and change password. I can’t update the firmware because the app crash all the time. I can mention several error with the app. Just in case if this help you to fix the app, those error are in an iPhone 11 iOS 13.1.2.
Bluetooth issues

Short Stuff Mc Funkenstine
App often crashes, takes long to load or freezes. Also, product breaks down frequently. Customer service is horrible at trouble shooting & shipping you replacement parts takes forever and multiple attempts before they ship you all defective components. Stay clear of this brand.

Force Touch/Long Press and clicking unlock no longer works after this latest update! Please fix this ASAP.

I don't understand why this inferior app is still here. The old app which is now disabled!!! Was far better than this one. It gets frozen way to many times. Doesn't connect to Bluetooth. Will not allow me to login to my account. Why does this exist??
