Working great. Two things I would like to see improvement in the UI. 1. The ability to promote a user. I.e. I originally set up my wife as a normal user which is fine but if I wanted to make her admin as an admin there is no way to do this. 2. Show lock status on home screen when I open the app somehow. I need to click on the device and then it shows up. For a one ubolt family it would be nice to have a quick glance when I open the app. Other than those two things I like the app. Easy to use.

I was excited to receive the days lock, under video they showed the app like somethings never done before, but maybe there is a reason for that. The app almost never work, if you’re trying to use the app to lock or unlock your door you can be sitting outside your home 5 to 10 minute just trying to login and when you Finally login most of the option doesn’t work. There are two things that happens when you keep get message “Token does not exist” and “cannot connect to lock” so it’s basically useless. Support Also doesn’t exist, sending them emails, opening tickets through your account, call, but you never hear back. The lock it self it’s pretty good, You can enter your code manually and lock or unlock the door the that’s about it. (Fingers print is a matter of luck, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t)

Just bought and installed Ultraloq UL3 Series lock. However, trying to set up the lock on the app is impossible due to the fact I can’t even log in. Keeps posting message of “token is not valid.” Very disappointing app and interface.

I bought 2 U-Bolt Pros and love them. My frustration is with the app. It usually takes several attempts to log in to the app since I either get a message saying “token does not exist” or it just stalls as it is loading. Once I get in, things don’t get much better and it stalls out frequently. If I had a dollar for every time I had to shut down the app to try and start over and get it to load, these locks would have paid for themselves in the 2 days I have had them. I am hoping that someone can figure out what is going on and fix it.

We’ve had the U-Bolt Pro installed for about a month at this writing, and can report that it completely unreliable, and the technical support is virtually non-existent. Oh, sure - they will respond to your email, acknowledging that there are problems, but in poor English will claim that their “servers are in urgent recover”, whatever that means. Don’t bother - I can’t get rid of this crap quickly enough.

It works great if your home but the phone app, tablet app doesn’t connect when you are away. Very frustrating. Please fix that issue and it goes to a 4 star rating. Adapt someone’s previous comment about connecting with Siri and google assistant/Alexa and it jumps to a 5. Not very happy with it right now plus there’s NO customer service after 5 pm on Friday for weekends.
