The app doesn’t work properly. I have to resubmit the payments over and over. It keeps ignoring me when I tap “pay now” i’d rather make my payments over the phone.

The print gets smaller and smaller if it was bold at least you could see it. I have to use a magnifying glass to read this app.

You have to wait until the bill is ready to see the exact energy usage. While other apps you can see it as you are using it. Trash App and electric company. Plan on changing company as soon as plan is over.

This is a very basic app where you can view your usage, current amount due, and make a payment but that’s about it as far as servicing your account. It lacks the ability to view monthly or previous statements, the ability to view your payment history, and the ability to view or make changes to anything related to your profile or account settings. It is also missing a place to view contact information if you have any issues so if you need to contact anyone you have to go to the website to get a phone number. Lots of room for improvement compared to other utility apps I have used before moving to Texas.

The app use to be good, with no issues, now it won’t let you long in. Why have an app if it’s not going to work right. Even trying to use a desktop version is a hassle. TXU get it together…. I do not recommend this app.

I have to agree with the on again off again reviewer. when this application works it’s great but lately it’s not working more than it’s working instead of using the app it’s easier for now to open up a browser, sign on with your username and password and get to your information please fix the app or whatever is preventing it from operating … it used to be phenomenal

The app never works. I have to log in on the actual website to get anything done because the app literally crashes every time I try to log into it. No matter how many times I update it and download/reload. Their engineers need to step it up :/

Still app doesn’t allow you to sign in. I have to use web site to see anything or simply pay my bill. There was a time when it worked great. No issues. Then you started updates with I am guessing non experts. They screwed it up. Why even suggest I use your app every time I go to website for an app you that doesn’t work. Please. Hire experts to fix your app where it will actually let you sign in and use. Let that be YOUR New Years Resolution.

Your agents and supervisors fraudulently promised to refund the second payment my bank made to you . I was promised I would receive a check for $418.76 within seven to ten days but now I receive a bill with you applying my money to a bill that’s not due until 25 Jan 2022 and a bill for that you don’t know what it will be . Your lying agents and supervisors are a poor excuse for honest business employees. They literally lied to me even though I explained I had other bills to pay . I have no respect for the moral compass of your greedy self serving company. I am totally disgusted with your ethics and lack of integrity. I will let all my friends and relatives in person and on social media how dishonest your people are . I will research and find a company with better moral values to transfer my business to . The audacity that you allowed your agents to outwardly lie and put profits over people an exact trumpish that is destroying democracy. Good luck with your crooked morals .
