Over the last few days of trying to get on the app to pay my bill all I get is connection errors

Doesn’t work anymore. Gives me a message that I have no internet connection while I have WiFi and internet through my phone service. Doesn’t make sense. It was great while it worked.
Scheduled payments

This app needs to show you your scheduled payments and stop asking for payments when one has been arranged. Twice now I have made two payments thinking my power was about to get cut off.

I just did the update and STILL can’t log in. I can log in on the mobile site, no problem. App still doesn’t work. Thanks for the update.
App Broken!

This app is broken. I’ve tried to login for the last couple of weeks and I get an Alert that says error calling login, password: invalid password. My password is not invalid, can go to the website and login without any problems. Don’t send me another email telling me to update my app until you fix the problem.

This app is God awful, billion dollar Corporation and this is the best you can do? It’s constantly giving me errors and I make a payment and it never shows up. One month I made the same payment twice and to get a refund was an act of God.
