I enjoy this app; it provides me with great info about my bill and usage. However, the app has given me a connection failure and I cannot sign on. Please fix the app!!!!!

I have been trying to use the app to make a payment and all I get is network connection.. I have tried using wifi, mobile network, laptop and all day the same... I uninstalled the app and downloaded it again and it still says the same thing... I'm just unsatisfied with the way it doesn't even have a refresh or create a new account after uninstalled

I love when this app works. It’s been 2 days and I can’t seem to get logged in. I can log in using the browser. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and I keep gettin an error that’s says now connected to the internet. ???

Since Apple update - TXU app crashes immediately and fails to connect blaming the USER rather than the guck wads who failed developers of the APP. I will just do things the d fashioned way. And find a new electric power delivery company- reliant

I just downloaded the app and now am unable to enter it as its stating there’s a connection failure. So frustrating… my internet is working just fine and I’m connected to our WiFi.

For the passed few days I haven’t even been able to get in the app says there is a connection error on my end but everything else works I’ve had to delete and put the app back on phone phone a few times…

Unable to open app due to connection failure despite me having internet connection. I’ve restarted the app and my phone, and I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app with no luck.

This application seems to work when it wants to. Can’t reach the servers and tells me to try back later. Not my internet connection because this is the only application not working with my internet. Have tried to use it for three days now. Have deleted it twice and reinstalled nothing. Restarted my internet nothing. Even restarted my phone nothing. Very frustrating!!!.

Was working just fine and now it’s telling me that I need to make sure my device is connect to internet which it is I even tried wifi but I know a person that has the same app they don’t have that problem so
