Rockets Never Quit
Very annoying new update is sluggish, took over a minute to log in and no matter what menu item I chose, the app went to the payment option. I really wish y’all would use a professional IT company to do your app stuff.
This is the worst power service in the world

If you choose this service you are the weakest link. This is the worst service out of even a prepaid company. The only reason they still are in business is cause dumb people keep signing up ??♂️
Tracking error issue

The other day it said my bill was 2$ less than last week I woke up today it said it had 14$ more than before I checked my usage and its never up this high I don’t use to much electricity but now its estimating my bill to being 80$ when my current usage from today is 32$ its very confusing to find an accurate calculation please fix
Not working as once did

I don’t know what developers did, but after updates app doesn’t recognize my user id and password. I logged in on the web with same information, but not on the app. Fix it.
Never works for Apple phones

Even customer service said they are having issues since they updated the app that Apple users can’t access their account. So frustrating!

For what we pay TXU for our electricity, how about hiring actual computer literate people to work on your website?
