Great app, so easy to use!!!

Noticing like the original app I paid for

dggraphics

This in no way resembles anything I used to like about this app...it’s become a bland ghost of itself.

Unable to share trips

Bistrojack

The feature to share trip information no longer works. Appears that With Covid Sabre has slowed support of this app.

Lot of issues lately

Justmyexp

I’ve been using this app since 2009. Was very easy just enter the 6 character reservation # . Now it cannot recognize that number which is alpha numeric. My wife reserved my flight but the trip shows as following even though I’m also a traveller. Other option to create a trip is manually keying all info and time consuming. This has been useful for notifications when is a change in timing or gate . Since I’m a follower I don’t even get notified when the direct flight changes to a change over delaying my arrival time by 2+ hours Lots of crashes these days too. Thank you

Doesn’t work anymore

FlashDog14

My flight times have changed several times the last few months. App doesn’t update them anymore. Inaccurate and useless at this point.

Wrong flights

timmckee76

The app was good until today the trip that was added shows the wrong flight. Please fix

Edit a trip?

anneeshka

No option to edit my trip. Where did it go? Seems like once it was submitted it was final, but the whole idea is to use it for planning. “Help” answers are 8 years old.

Great, but it doesn’t take Delta!

shorinjin01

I’ve used this app for years and really love it, except for one glaring issue. It will NOT accept Delta Airlines reservation codes. The app demands a 6- CHARACTER code and Delta uses a 6-Alphanumeric code. As a result, I have to hand enter it every time. (Sending my reservation confirmation email to TripCase does not work for Delta either.) I finally got tired and tried to enter a support request on their website. 1) The website is not responsive and is made only for a desktop. 2) It requires a login, but would not accept my TripCase user password. There was no indication of a separate registration required (no register button), so I’m left to presume that my TripCase login should work. This is apparently owned by Sabre. Why do they discriminate against Delta? It is one of the world’s major airlines!

Was a good App but not anymore.

Can’t forward. Can’t copy. All of these options used to be easy. Now it’s terrible and locks up. Buggy. No options for a help center. Answers are useless and outdated. Bye!!

Needs upgrade

pkgoode

It’s a nice app for organizing trips and events, but it is in dire need of an upgrade. In the first place, it should remember venues so that the user doesn’t have to enter the same info several times a year. Also, entering start and end times is a crap shoot—I tap around until a prompt shows. Still and all, I’m a heavy user.
