From five stars to one star. As soon as I give it access to my contacts it freezes. When I restart the share button freezes the app again.

TripCase used to be a handy app (and website) for organizing travel details. Basic functions no longer work. (Try merging different pieces of the same trip that TripCase didn’t recognize on its own - not going to happen. Try updating your phone number - not going to happen. Need support - not going to happen as all means of communication have been removed.) Sabre, owner of TripCase is clearly done with the product and wants us to move on.

I just subscribed to the receipt subscription. I think this app is better than other apps in the same field. Missing features: 1) receipt feature: everyone is using the phone or iPad to check for travel. How are they going to take pictures screen by screen or page by page in order to attach to the app? It would be great if they can convert the emails of airfare/car rental/etc… turn in PDF during the emailing to tripcase. 2) route/scenic/restaurant suggestions. Something like “things to do” recommendation for the trip. Besides the two mentioned above, so far so good.

After downloading the app and creating an account, I was unable to even get to the option to create a new trip. Hope I’m not supposed to rely on this app for my trip info while traveling!

App is helpful but looses stars cause it won’t let me update my primary email. Has an option to add phone but doesn’t work. It seems the developer has abandoned this app that was once great now not.

Love the app, but in airline reservations, the seat assignments are not imported and there is no way to add them except in notes. Hope you can address this minor issue. Thanks.

Have not needed to use the app in over 1 year. But I still update when updates come out. Went to login and said password was incorrect, even after I changed it on line

Don’t call it an iPad app, it you have to turn you iPad to portrait mode and see what is essentially an iPhone app! This has been my go to travel / trip app for years but it has been overtaken by TripIt.I still use both because sometimes TripCase is still better.
