Tripcase has abandoned its customers

No update for 11 mos says it all After referring our travel agency clients to TC for the last 15+ years it’s clear they are not updating, innovating nor listening to their customers All they can come up with is a new $5.95 fee to access my own travel receipts? NO THANKS. We are moving our clients to Travefy.

I find the app a bit clunky to use in general. Most recently I sent a Boston, MA, US hotel reservation to tripcase and it translated the mapping to a non english language and said the location was in India. I tried three times. There is no customer service that can help me resolve the issue. I also had an airplane reservation from JetBlue and it had trouble with that as well.

This app was great before. However it hasn’t been updated for more than a year so it’s not working very well. It would be a shame to uninstall it.

Have had this app since 3g it is 100% reliable. Everything in one place. Gets awesomer and one of the best app for travel plans. Recommend will not regret having this app on ur phone. Have a little problem tried to access an old trip and could not view please help need to view

Can’t restore purchases.

Redownloaded the app and tried to restore purchases. Still can’t upload receipts. App Support page just takes your FAQs with no way to contact the developer. I’ve requested a refund through Apple.

Infuriatingly buggy

Screen freezes up/non-responsive, sharing trips has not worked since mid-May. Uninstall, reinstall does not solve it. Functionality seems to be a roll of the dice whenever you open it.

Touch ID but not Face ID?

I had to look and see when this was last updated. No Face ID support which had been around for a couple of years but supports Touch ID? Looking for something better.

What’s with forcing Airhelp on domestic travel???

This app is 100% USELESS because once you spend time downloading and forwarding trip emails to it (like I just did for 4 trips), you just get stuck on a window with them FORCING you to sign up for Airhelp which is for issues flying in/out of Europe!!!!! I can’t get out of that window! Thanks for nothing for your waste of time s. Show app

Can’t view the whole document in the inbox, only a portion of the first page. It would also be great to have the ability to add charter/private flight information to a trip.
