Not reliable

chhhbbbb

Can’t pick up diverted/ delayed flight in real time.

Worse

Faulted Rock

It’s getting worse. My flight departure time is after my arrival time. Apparently I am getting in 92 minutes early. If I cannot rely on correct data entry then the app is useless. I can access my data until I hit “share” option and then the app freezes. That is really what I want to do - share my trip. My company uses this app and so I defaulted to it. I see that Tripit has a 5 star average and will return to that for personal travel and inform my company of bugs in TripCase.

Nice to consulate all trip information in one place

Ktnoiman

That said, you used to be able to modify trip information, you can’t in the current version. You also used to be able to email the entire trip to someone, that no loner works and the app locks up.

Got five stars… when it worked

No longer usable!!

This app was wonderful to organize all of my travel plans. When I updated to iOS 15.1 it completely stopped working. Please get it working again!!

App won’t work with gmail account

Vashonm

Still can’t login with gmail! Not sure what is the issue, app was updated but login still not working.

Doesn’t work on iOS 15

MVR1969

Can’t log in. Doesn’t get past the password entry. Thought the latest update would fix that. It does not.

Crashing constantly

dm5272

The amount of times this apps crashes makes it useless. My guess the lack of updates has cause conflict with the new OS major updates on mobile devices.

Buggy

MikeApex

Are used to use this app all the time before Covid and I’ll come back to it and it’s absolutely garbage now. It’s totally buggy wouldn’t launch for so long now when you click Cherie just locked up and then continues to lock up after that and freezes constantly - useless

Used to be great

magnafina

I liked Tripcase when it worked, but it has become very unreliable. It did a great job tracking my itinerary and informing me if flight changes. But there are challenges and it hasn’t been working well for some time. The app freezes constantly. For example, if I try to share an itinerary or all of my activity, the app freezes and I must close and restart the app before it becomes responsive. I must go to the website to make the share work. This is incredibly frustrating as I want to share the app with various and changing co-workers travel with. This is the app my company and Carlson Wagonlit Travel use, so I’m stuck with it. I can’t trust TripCase, very disappointing.

Bring back landscape mode on iPad.

ukexpat

I’ve been using TripCase for years, on both an iPhone and an iPad. Prior to the last couple of updates, it always used landscape view on the iPad, but now it defaults to portrait view with no obvious way to change to landscape. Please bring back landscape view!
