App no longer opens

When it opens, it’s useful, but it will no longer open on my iPhone 8plus.
Perfect for the occasional traveler.

We travel internationally three or four times a year. Domestically maybe seven or eight. This app, free, is ideal. I recommended it.

This app is now useless. It never loads, constantly errors out and generally is a nuisance. Don’t waste your time.
Had to delete and reinstall after iPadOS 13.2.2 update

App hangs if following another users trip. Hangs with white screen after selecting the listed trip. Delete and reinstall fixed it, but not sure what would have happened to my data if I ever had my own trips entered.

Used to be amazing! Now it won’t even open properly. Wheel just spins when I open. Won’t load. Hasn’t worked since it last updated in 2 months so I’m wondering if that’s the issue. Hopefully they fix it because it once was amazing.
Manual hotel entry is awful

This app can never seem to find my hotels when I travel internationally and the manual entry is clunky, non-intuitive and way too time consuming. Put in an option to just enter a hotel name and information without trying to search for it. There should also be a way to save favorites. If I travel to the same place and stay at the same hotel 20 times, then the tool should be intuitive enough to find it the 21st time without my having to enter all the information again.

The app could be great - and it is when it works. But it regularly loads wrong flight times, flight numbers, and flight times.
Great app been using it for years.

I use this app to plan every vacation. My only wish is that it caches the trip information and shows it when you don’t have internet to update it. The itinerary is static much of the time. I’ve needed reservation information from the app during trips and wasn’t online so the app won’t open, I want the app to work off-line when internet is not available.
