First time I’ve ever used this app SMS very unsatisfied so far. Paid online and drove 2 hours to the resort. Upon arrival, I was told that even though I had a confirmation number, Travelocity forgot to book our room even though we were charged $362. The hotel was also fully booked for the weekend so there were no extra rooms. The manager got involved and helped us fix the issue which was awesome. But come to find out, the room we booked was only supposed to be $274 not $362. I will be deleting this app after this review. Totally not worth all the trouble.

What a great place to stay, everything you could need!! Free breakfast buffet ( pretty much everything you could want), free 2 drink happy hour in the evening, very clean rooms, great view, really close to an amazing beach, walk to great restaurants, etc. , close bus routes, friendly staff, store across the street for groceries, souvenirs, etc. can’t say enough.

My experience is that it is much easier to get to a Travelocity Agent than to an airline agent...and they are very helpful!

Purchased a flight for March, received a text with itinerary # but there is no record of it anywhere. My credit card was charged and I can’t contact anyone to resolve the issue.

Travelocity is perfect platform to find the economic vacation package for people with different income! I’m happy that I herd about this company and used their offer, while planning my birthday celebration. I’m going to Cancun to celebrate my birthday with my family at the end of February and I’d like to say thanks to Travelocity for that!

Went on a trip to PR for my daughters wedding. Return flights which where confirmed, along with seat assignments were not valid upon check-in. Even though flights were paid for, was left to rebook directly with airlines at premium price to get home. Last time i will ever book the through this app. Just horrible service and downright theft……!!!! BMT 01/25/22

Confusing cancellation process .

Very confusing , two Hampton inns next too each other , booked the wrong one , cancelled immediately , told I wasn’t going to receive a refund . This all took place in a span of ten minutes . Not very happy about paying for two rooms at different hotels next to each other . Issue with automated system that doesn’t allow for nuance.
Bait and switch

A week after booking my trip and mr reaching out daily I don’t have the flights. They can not access flight info nor do they have proper info to talk to the airline. Finally I find there was never any flight booked, only the hotel. Bait and switch on a package that doesn’t exist. You have been warned
