Great wolf lodge – Travelocity Hotels & Flights Review

First time I’ve ever used this app SMS very unsatisfied so far. Paid online and drove 2 hours to the resort. Upon arrival, I was told that even though I had a confirmation number, Travelocity forgot to book our room even though we were charged $362. The hotel was also fully booked for the weekend so there were no extra rooms. The manager got involved and helped us fix the issue which was awesome. But come to find out, the room we booked was only supposed to be $274 not $362. I will be deleting this app after this review. Totally not worth all the trouble.
