HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT USE!!!

Her13445

I have booked 2 flights through this app and both times I have they have been the worst from customer service to their system I never got confirmation emails or error when they didn't book one of my flights one of the reps actually told me to wait for something cheaper or to cancel my other flight ? they are a joke. And I gave them one star because I had too they aren't even worth that

Can't buy packages thru app

Sheicatz

Can't combine flight and hotel using the app. Have to go their website to get that which in my see save me $500

Use the actual website for vacation packages

RoAlvrz

The app is very easy to use and it's broken down to separate categories , flight, hotels , cars, things to do. However, I do not recommend for you to book a flight and hotel here because they do not give you the option to search for vacation packages which usually are cheaper when bought together. Also when you buy your flight tickets it doesn't even offer you an option to get travel insurance. I recommend for these features to be added.

Wonderful tour in San Diego

Another Side Tous

Highly recommend the all day tour. We traveled in a beautiful Mercedes Van that held 11 plus driver. Very comfortable. Ryan was our driver and knew the whole area plus super friendly.

What happened?

Stock143

What in the world happened to this app? It lost half the search and save features! Horrid. It used to be my go-to travel app for booking and reviews, now I never use it because it's so frustrating. Please fix it.

It could be good if it were designed better

Passepartout

The one thing I count on this app for is to manage my flight bookings. When it's time to check in you get a notification. If you check in online you can get a boarding pass emailed to you if you find the six character confirmation code BURIED in the Travelocity app (been using the app for months and still can't find it reliably) then manually navigate to the website and did you remember to write the code down because you cannot copy it? Then have it emailed to you and once you find it in your email and copy it to notes or something and lock screen rotation you are good to go. Only five pointless frustrating steps.
