Confusing cancellation process . – Travelocity Hotels & Flights Review

Very confusing , two Hampton inns next too each other , booked the wrong one , cancelled immediately , told I wasn’t going to receive a refund . This all took place in a span of ten minutes . Not very happy about paying for two rooms at different hotels next to each other . Issue with automated system that doesn’t allow for nuance.
