Grounded in Covid
Cancelled flights due to COVID. Don’t use this site. I have 4 cancelled flights for around $979 and have been working for a year to get my money back. They will give you the run around and tell you your credit is expiring when in fact the airline states the ticket is owned by Travelocity and must be refunded by them. They will say have “credits” that will expire during the pandemic if not used. Background: my flights were cancelled by the airlines, not me. WARNING! Stay away from this site and go directly through the airlines to purchase.

The prices are cheaper on the website than the app and the app won’t even take the promo codes....false advertisement at its best. I won’t use them again.

If you pop up a dialog to ask me for a rating, interrupting what I was trying to accomplish, as my first interaction with the app in months, before I even have a chance to touch any part of the app, you’re getting one star. Have some respect for your users (and common sense).

Used the Travelocity app to book parts of our San Francisco vacation. It was quite easy searching and sorting. And the hotels mobile rates are sweet. Promotion codes were also easy to enter and payment was a breeze!

I’ve used Travelocity for my airline and hotel bookings and I’ve always been satisfied. I had a problem one time (my fault!)with a last minute booking and the costumer service helped me reach the right people. With all the changes and expected fees, i honestly told customer service that it was my fault. I did not pay any charge fees for flight changes. In fact I got a check as a refund since they found a cheaper flight for my last minute booking. I’ve booked hotels internationally and locally and I always get the best deals through this app. Thanks guys!!!
