Bus times are constantly incorrect. Stops in the wrong place. It's the commuters enemy
Not ready for Boston's green line

It doesn't seem like this app supports real-time tracking for the green line, only scheduled stop times. For a line that's on time ~70-75% of the time, that's pretty useless for Boston. It also looks like this app's positive reviews come primarily from other cities. Not sure why the MBTA is praising it.

When the buses do arrive this app has the timing correct down to he minute. However, this app has also shown buses are arriving that aren't and then show them having left my bus stop that they never passed. This app gives misinformation and isn't reliable.
I simply can't live without this app

Sometimes its bus predictions aren't perfect but it's only as good as the information a municipality provides to it. The UI on this is ingenious and its flexibility as to notifications and types of information included are unmatched.

Very helpful and easy to use app. One suggestion is that you should prioritize major bus terminals. I was told to get off for a transfer one stop after a major bus terminal (that had a roof so I won't be standing in the sun) to catch a bus that I could have easily caught at the major bus terminal. So I had to stand on the sidewalk because most of our bus stops here in Houston are just signs at the corner of the street with no shelter.
