Poor information presentation

Not quite useful for DC WMATA because by default it only shows train ETAs for one direction as opposed to both directions. Easier to just use more basic but intuitive "Metro and Bus" app

It will show that you have 5 mins or more before the bus arrives but as you approach the bus stop, you'll watch the bus go by. Don't relay on this app, you will be late if you do. It also confuses the buses. L2, 42, who knows?!

Title says it all. If you take the bus every day or even just once in a while, this app is an instant must-have. What more to say? GET IT!!
Extremely inaccurate and unreliable

I ride the 71B and 71D everyday and I can't tell you how many times this app has been utterly false in its arrival estimates. The bus will be reported to arrive in 5 minutes but when I check again 6 minutes later, the bus isn't coming for 25 minutes. Completely ridiculous. Why have the app at all??

Has been my favorite transit app for as long as it's been around! Never fails to impress - I'm always elated by its speed and integrity. It always manages to find the fastest way for me to get to work, and now that it's added CTRAN in Vancouver, I can commute there too!!! Yay!

The only reason I'm able to survive the MTA and Metro North. It's easy find out if my train is running a half an hour behind, if the 6 isn't running, if I should just give up on my hopes and dreams and just stay in bed with a pint of Haagen-- sorry. Anyway, the best app design and information wise I've ever come across, and I love that I can get the info for basically any city I'm in. (Also the update notes are hilarious guys)

I live on Oahu, and the scheduled arrival/departure times are guesstimates at best. This app cannot distinguish between stops located on opposite sides of a street so you get guesstimated times for both directions! I have now gone back to calling The Bus info line with the bus stop number.
NYC Subway not real time

NYC subway is not a real time, it show the system schedule only. I have been waiting for my train 30mins right now. see 3 little train icon passing by on the map. Many times give me fault hope .... train never come.
