The format is very simple and easy to use. Can’t complain. Easy to update payment information,buy bus tickets, easy to show it to the driver and makes it easy to board the bus faster.

This is totally not good app for me to use my iPhone because they are compatible for only sound transit express bus

This app needs to be updated along with the sound transit site. It is outdated, inefficient, and frustrating to work with.

I really like the app! Makes it convenient to buy fares through your phone. One thing I would love though is there was a way put payments on your ORCA card by registering your card number and just put money on it that way. But I do like the app! ADDENDUM PLEASE UPDATE THE APP. Haven’t been able to log in and Metro is beginning to charge fares starting tomorrow. 10/01

Downloaded to make some plans and gave it location access but when I click on the my location button on the map it says that location services is off. I’ve confirmed privacy settings and all looks good. Hopefully this can be fixed.

I couldn’t ask for a better app to purchase my bus tickets for my daily commutes. I understand this app performs differently in different counties, but King County works beautifully.
