I’ve purchased two Link Light Rail tickets, but every time I try to activate them the app crashes. Going to stick with paper tickets.

I forgot to reload my orca card and didn’t have any cash. Then I remembered this app existed. I purchased an adult bus fare and transferred to two different buses. The transfer didn’t disappear nor did I have any trouble purchasing or using the pass. All in all this is a great app. I would definitely use it again and I recommend it fully.

UPDATE: The crashing issue I was experiencing has apparently been fixed. I successfully activated a ticket today without issue. Thanks to the developer for their response, help, and refund for lost ticket. Same problem as other recent reviewers. App crashes when trying to activate ticket. Reinstalling app causes any tickets you had to be locked and unusable. This app is broken - DO NOT INSTALL UNTIL BYTEMARK ADDRESSES THIS!

I bought a ticket like always and the app just kept shutting down, I would try accessing it over and over and it just kept shutting down.

Just downloaded it, immediately crashed. I finally sign up and it gets stuck on a screen saying welcome back even though I have never used the app before. Finally restart the app and it gets stuck on a loading screen forever. What an embarrassment of an app.


Right off the bat...

Immediately frustrated. You apparently can not load a ticket into your cart from two separate companies. I have 1 ticket in the cart for Kitsap county. I also have to travel using ST Express so naturally I add 1 ticket from them to my cart. I'm then reminded that I have a ticket for Kitsap in my cart and am then asked if I either want to clear my cart, or cancel adding ST Express's ticket into my cart. Seriously? You can't handle invoicing two separate companies with one purchase? Just inconvenient enough to be annoying.
