No KingCo Day Pass!?!?!

The app does not have an option to simply purchase a “day pass” for all King County transit (ie Bus, LINK light rail, and Street Car). There is only individual day passes for each mode of transit (eg $8 bus, $4.50 street car). Also, I am not sure this app can be used offline to display ticket or if ticket can be added to Apple Wallet... NO WAY to contact App Developer support - hence the review.

I had to let my kid borrow my orca card and I only had a $20 bill while on my way to work. Happened to google an alternate way to pay. Found this app and used it within minutes. Saved me from having to scramble to find a retail shop to get change. My driver recognized the app ticket and all is good!! Glad to have it as a back-up!

There’s no technical need for this. Bus drivers don’t ask for ID before vending a ticket. Why do you need my name and email address? You don’t need these details to process payments, just take the in-app payment from Apple.

I am using this app temporarily before getting my employment based orca card. No driver in the bus know about app ticket. They let it go me as a ticketless passenger

User beware...App never tells you this won’t work for Sound Transit Bus fares even though it recommends the ST bus in the “Trip Planner”

The app was good until I tried activated the Sound Transit train ticket. The app just crashes everytime. And when I redownloaded the app and re-logged in, my other tickets that I bought and never used were unavailable. HELP!!!!!

I don’t ride the Sounder train very often and when I do, I can never find my Orca card. I love this convenient option much better than an Orca card.
