Cannot activate/use link tickets that I’ve already purchased. Crashes immediately upon activation. So $25 wasted.
Doesn’t work for the 510 bus.

Gives you routes and directions for how to take the bus from outside locations into Seattle, but beware that the tickets are ONLY for King County Metro buses. They don’t work for the 510 or 520 from Everett or any of the other Community Transit buses. The route creator is pretty good, but a back button to just change the time rather than creating an entirely new search for each time you want adjust part of the search would be great. It would also be nice if you could save your route.
App closes when trying to activate a ticket

Well crap. I purchased a ticket on the app to use on the light rail. When I tried to activate the ticket, the app closed. It never worked after multiple tries. I closed the app and re-opened it. No go. I restarted my phone. No go. I’m using the iPhone XS with the latest OS update. So these issues are not due to antiquated hardware or software. Only use this app with caution and be sure to have a back up plan.

Doesn’t work with the newest iPhone update. It lets you buy the tickets but doesn’t let you activate them.
App crashes when trying to activate ticket

This app is no longer functioning properly. When you go to activate a ticket you purchased, the app just crashes and closes. Tried logging out and back in, moving tickets to the cloud, etc...same thing every time you try and activate it. Looks like this issue has been going on for some time now. Developer needs to fix this ASAP.

What do you want a transit app to do? Work easily and consistently. What does this app do? Not that. It crashes when trying to activate a ticket. Every time. It is a great way to get hassled by transit police for fare evasion.

You can buy the tickets move them to the cloud redownload but you cannot activate the tickets... I showed the conductor and he said to just show it to fair enforcement if it comes up and you’ll be fine.

I’m able to purchase tickets but unable to activate them. Each time I click to activate the app crashes. This is on an iPhone X running iOS 13.2.
Crashes trying to activate pass

Kept crashing every time I attempted to activate my pass. Restarted my phone and the pass no longer showed up or in my past purchases. Had to rely on email receipt.
