Can’t get any easier

I’m new to a smart phone but with this app it really makes things easy purchasing tickets in Europe after setting up a account I’m hooked on the ease of using it!

bought tickets a month ago signed up for the app today! tickets appeared immediately! can’t get better than that!

Just used it for the first time. The proof will be when I find my reserved seats on the train, of course. :o)
App fails to recognize paid reservations

Good search engine, but once ticket is paid (and I receive email confirmation) the APP still shows “pay now “. Very confusing. I’m hoping that I really do have tickets, and fortunately I have 4 days once I get to my first destination to confirm.

Stupid application Nothing works. Reject credit cards for no reason. Do not waste your time

Cannot book for more than 5 people at a time for train. Very disappointing.
Easy to use

Bought tickets before I got the app, then created an account but didn’t have my recently bought tickets available. Contacted them on here, with just an email address they had all my tickets displayed and accessible within the hour. Will be buying tix right on here next time.
