App fails to recognize paid reservations – Trainline for Business Review

Good search engine, but once ticket is paid (and I receive email confirmation) the APP still shows “pay now “. Very confusing. I’m hoping that I really do have tickets, and fortunately I have 4 days once I get to my first destination to confirm.
