This app is incredibly easy to use regardless of traveling one time or multiple times. You can reserve these tickets at home before you leave home or from the comfort of your hotel room once in Europe. And retrieving tickets at the train stations is a piece of cake. Sometimes the ticket machines don’t allow the charge to go through on my credit card forcing me to go from machine to machine finding one that will. This app saves valuable time. Greatly appreciate this excellent app.

This review is more so for Trainline’s Customer Service. The website/app wasn’t taking my credit card number. I emailed them and messaged them on Twitter (just in case) and they responded very promptly and politely and fixed the issue so I could purchase my ticket. The price was great too!
