Awful. If you have to change a ticket it's an absolute nightmare. Have to call, takes forever and their payments system is a mess. Didn't work for me 4 times with multiple cards. Tickets are non refundable so it's a total loss. Don't bother with them- use another app.
Handy, fast app - beats waiting in line.

So far, I've used the app for five separate tickets which has helped me plan events ahead a day or two at a time.

Captain train a été racheté par Trainline. J'utilisais Captain train depuis ses débuts. Il m'est impossible d'accéder à mon compte via cette app qui ne propose pas le login Facebook. il est possible d'accéder à captain train uniquement sur Desktop. Du coup, je suis retournée sur l'application voyages SNCF.
