App in foreign language

It randomly switched to German not that long ago, then today I opened it and it was in Spanish. No idea what to do as I’m in the UK and my phone is set to English so something might be bugged with the app.

Just did an update and now my app language is in German. I can't figure out how to change it back to English. I done even live in Germany.

For some reason it downloaded in Spanish, and I can't figure out how to change it to English, and there is no way to contact for support!

Sluggish on iPhone 6

This app is convenient for finding dates and tickets, but In the last few months it has become pretty freezy and crashy on iPhone 6. This is a problem when you need times and tickets in a hurry like at a station. It also takes quite some time to load barcode tickets on iPhone 6. Performance is somewhat improved with WiFi turned off.

Unable to download app on phone. Ran for 24 hours and kept failing. I ended up having to buy another ticket as you can’t print it out or get a code to use in the machine without phoning trainline. One hour after calling I gave up. Useless

This needs to be rolled out to all journeys that allow for a mobile ticket. There’s nothing worse than fiddling about with your phone while trying to rush to catch a train or while in the chaos of getting off the train

App defaulted to German and there is no way to change it back. Have uninstalled and reinstalled, spent 45 mins on the phone with the Helpline (useless; they insisted the problem was the language setting on my phone. Weird every other app is in English), and am beyond frustrated with it. You try booking a train ticket with Google Translate.

Everything is in French, and there is nothing in settings to change it. Very poorly designed app.
