Non Responsive Sellers & Bad Customer Service

I'd give them a 0. Bought some shoes and emailed the seller 3 times with no response. When I contacted customer service I was told that they have "3 days" to respond to the initial sale to inform you "if they have the item to mail out". Yet they charged my card the day I placed my order. If no contact has been made, that's the ONLY time the order can be canceled. Deleting the app I cent refund goes through.

App vs web browser site

Although it is easier to browse and list on the app the listing descriptions are greatly different on the app and it does not accurately give you a true description of the item. I will now only purchase on the site's classic web based site so I know the true and accurate description of the item I intend to buy since you can't trust the app to give you a true and accurate item description. Very frustrating.

Great concept but after ordering three purses one reeked of smoke so bad it made me sick. The other two were smaller than they alluded to in the description. They will not let you cancel a order unless the buyer agrees which of course they don't. So the whole process for me was not a good one. I will not purchase anything else through them.
