Saw the bad reviews and still tried it. Ive been on here for months and havent sold anything. Mercari is far better and protects both sellers and buyers 1000x better than Tradesy.
App login issue

Don't know why I couldn't login on the app right now. Login on website is no problem. Please fix..

It works fine on desktop but it won't let me login on the app. Really getting frustrating.

Easy, organized, clear and fun! I love Tradesy and this app made it easier to find what I want, or sell my item. Super easy, no complaints. Thanks tradesy:)

Tradesy doesn't check the items for quality or authenticity. So the buyer can be purchasing a faux bag. I purchased a luxury brand purse which the strap broke in under an hour of having it. Tradesy is not involved in the selling process. They will only step in if the customer complains then they actually have the item sent to their HQ for scanning. There is a 2 question questionnaire about if the item for sell is new or used. Which I feel could be extended for buyer knows more about the item they are looking to purchase. Authenticity check before item is deliver to buyer would be NICE!!

Only complaint is that when you're searching for something, you have the option to refine by color, size, price, department... But there is no filter for size!!?? That's the most important one...

Room for improvement around ease of use and functionality. Overall not bad. Best feature is the speed and ease to list an item. Searching is a pain.

Bring back the make an offer option! And show detailed description in the app - having to use the site defeats the purpose of having an app!!!!!
