Cons: I agree with the previous reviews on the fees, they have definitely increased. It can be difficult to communicate with some sellers and you are at their mercy when it’s comes to the 10 day shipping. Pros: Site is easy to navigate and with their random sales you can catch a good deal on something beautiful! I like the convenience of the printable labels, makes shipping easy! The website also notifies your buyer once the item has shipped since the label is from the company. Return policy is fair in my opinion

It used to be awesome. The commission Tradesy takes is higher than most other popular sites. The fact that they hold your money for a month is ridiculous! I’ve been selling on Tradesy for years there hasn’t been much change to warrant such high rates. I would recommend looking into other sites before selling on this one. They just raised their rates again

Just got their latest email. 19.8% commission plus another 2.9% if you actually want to keep your money. This used to be my favorite site to sell on and I've sold hundreds of items but just not worth it. Over 20% in fees plus unless I list everything with their shipping fee (addition $10.50) I also lose on shipping. Guess I'm officially moving to poshmark where it's a flat fee and they handle shipping. And the constant reminders to ship on Sundays and holidays are really aggravating! And these text reminders are part of their excuse for raising the fees... again. Also having things sell and not learning about it till hours later or canceling sales and not telling me or a seller why doesn't look good on anyone.

AVOID AVOID AVOID I purchased a bag that said "new with tag" with a condition "no signs of wears". when i received the package, immediately I noticed wear and felt like used. I returned the goods to tradesy for misrepresentative. tradesy promptly rejects return request and offers site credit. later i learned that seller mentioned wears in hidden description on the bottom of the page. however tradesy claims that it was not misrepresent because sign of wear of mentioned on the description. how is this not misrepresent when condition says no wears and description says sign of wears??? legal team needs to take tradesy to the court, i bet i'm not the only dissatify customer with hidden description.

10/5/17 I was just updated on the new Tradesy Commission increase 19.8%. I have to say I'm very unhappy with the increase especially because you charge 2.9% to transfer our earning. This total 22.7% makes the Tradesy app with the highest Sellers fee out of all apps. That's pretty sad. I'm sure all Sellers will either have to raise prices which will have a huge effect on sales which will have a huge effect on Tradesy commission. It's like a loose loose situation. This will likely result in Less, Low or No Sales means No Money! I will have to raise my prices to accommodate the Tradesy commission raise & hopefully it won't effect my sales. Also why does it take 2 weeks for the funds from Sales to post available & 4 days to finally post to your Bank account after you request the transfer. I've been a Trusted Seller with Tradesy since 2015. I would expect the funds to post available at least after 3-5 days of delivery unless the Buyer has a legitimate complaint to have Tradesy not release funds. After requesting to transfer Available funds should post to your Bank account up to 3 days. This has been my experience with other Apps. However I do appreciate the security & the platform to Sell my things I also would love to have more leniency with the fees for Sellers & how fast funds are posted available for Sellers.

I was really excited to find the beaded formal gown I was looking for on Tradesy at a fraction of the cost. The listing said "new with tags". The item did arrive with tags but the color was 'off' and it was missing some beading. The options the site provides for reason for return did not fit with my reason for return. I didn't want to pick 'misrepresentation' because the gown did have tags attached. I ended up selecting something like 'changed my mind' which wasn't really the case. The item was inferior in quality compared to the same dress I had purchased from a store - e.g. Missing beading and different color. Now I will not get my money back and will have to use credit towards something else. Disappointed.

Still no funds received!

Hit 7 days & still no payment received for items sold. I can receive goods from China quicker than getting paid from Tradesy. Commissions are increasing for Tradesy to nearly 20% just to be a medium for shoppers. Had to cancel sales bc I'd nearly be in the red after the cost shipping items. Will never use again.

How commission rate rode from 9% to 19% in a span of a year is outrageous. Worst of all, there is less sales from this apparent "optimization" Transferring all my products to another site currently
