Commission keeps going up! It has gone up twice in the past year alone! Used to be my favorite site to sell on. Not anymore! It takes wayyyy too long to get paid on a sale and they already charge 20% commission plus 3% to transfer funds to s bank. That’s 24% and 2-3 weeks before you see any funds In your bank. It’s ridiculous ! I’m requested funds to be transferred to my account on 11/1 today is 11/13 still no money and Tradesy emailed back saying it takes 7 business days tops. It’s been way over 7 days! Horrible customer service not helpful at all! Waste of time and they’re quick to take their commission but can’t pay the seller! So angry!

New commission rates are ridiculous. Their search/Filter options are out of the dark ages. Look up one designer and there’s a million irrelevant products. Nothing sells on here anymore. I hear there are a lot of scammers. They just shut down my accnt bc I tried to sell on PP. Good riddance!!

I used this app to sell one of my luxury items, the item sold in 5 minutes and then it was impossible to get paid, they simply keep your money forever even after the buyer received and accepts the package. Then once the funds are available it takes days for the money to be transferred to your account and they charge fees after fees. Costumer service is not even a thing for them, worse website to sell anything.

When I first began to purchase from Tradesy I was very skeptical and nervous with my first purchase, I was very happy with what I receive. It’s only been one time that I’ve had an issue with an item from the seller that did not depict the item as in the pictures. When this happened I reached out to Tradesy via email and they responded within 48 hours and they credited my account once I sent back the bag. I have purchased over $5k in merchandise and very happy with the service they provide.
