Thieves and liars

In the past I bought other products from Tradsey, didn’t really have a problem at first, until this last time. I recently ordered a handbag from this app that was worth $1100 when I try to contact the seller to find out what my tracking number was and if they were even going to send out the bag I got no response , and when I got in response from them it was a fake story, but funny thing is my bank account surly reflected Tradsey taking out the $1100 payment. Absolutely fed up with this seller crap fed up tirelessly trying to get the seller to respond to me I decide to contact customer service. One thing you will learn with this company is that they do not answer their phones hell they don’t even have a phone line, just an email address the you will never get a response ! Ladies please read The Better Business Bureau responses from the other people buying from Tradesy , and I can tell you there are much more frightening stories than mine and if I were you I will run fast and keep whatever money you have in your pocket because this company promotes thieves and liars I will never use this app ever again!

Forced to accept a return of an item that was accurately described. Don’t trust this service. They’re not savvy and they take way too much commission. Waiting over one week for response.

Uploading photos

I’ve had this app for years and have sold at least 30 items from the website. I used the app only for checking notifications. I’ve tried numerous times to sell things solely using the app but uploading and/or editing a photo is nearly impossible. If the app has ever successfully uploaded a photo the cropping function doesn’t work. Very frustrating. Just stick with eBay.

I have bought many many items off of Tradesy! I absolutely love your site above all others. I would give you a 5 except the rates are a bit high. I will not sell my items due to this. Most sites seem to follow suit so you are not the only ones. I will continue to remain a customer as I have for many years because I trust your site & know that my products have been inspected & I am not getting a knock off. Thank you Tradesy!

After downloading and listing. I decided to read the ratings, horrible horror! I paid great money for my items, I refuse to go through the horror story. I will that they would protect sellers as well. I am deleting my items and app. Thanks for all warnings
App problems keep me from coming back

I enjoy reselling items and have a few different apps I use to list them. This one seems like a good platform and a few items of mine have sold but between the issues with it logging me in and it consistently logging me back out when I am Mid-listing something or crashing on me Altogether has made it too difficult for this one to be my go-to and I tend to use Poshmark the most.

I am thankful that the application is secure and the company was able to connect me with buyers but I am HIGHLY disappointed by how much money they take for themselves. 1. They take a percentage off your sales (somewhere around 10% five or take) 2. They charge a percentage (2.9%) to transfer you YOUR money when your sale is complete. So the shoes I sold that I bought for $400+ and listed at $200.50, I received less that $150 for. Though I am glad I successfully made a sale, I probably won’t use the service again. The middle wo(man) wants too much!
