The app always freezes when trying to place option orders. I have to restart the app.
Misleading/False Bid/Price

Tradestation bid and ask price is False and misleading on certain option tickers and account type. Check TDAMERITRADE on some expiring option price and there’s no one at the bid, but Tradestation is showing price at bid in order to get traders to buy into it and be stuck. I’m glad i checked on Thinkorswim app first. When call was made to customer care they said it can’t be discussed over chat, and advising to enter a market order. Even the market order never got filled

Tradestation was recommended by a trading system I bought. Merely setting up this account took two weeks, and getting funds transferred has taken another two weeks!
No way to log in

No customer service after 6pm. Attempts to call in before 6pm are over an hour hold time. Giant waste of time.
Freezes and no immediate customer service support

TradeStation is going downhill since the COVID-19 outbreak. Many of TradeStation Margins and Live Trade Desk personal are extremely rude and impatient. They don’t show investors/clients the necessary respect. The app freezes and crashes multiple times throughout a busy trading day. You have no way of getting immediate support for the app.

It is very hard and complicated to start an account and use this platform.By far its the Most difficult trading platform I ever experienced,major turnoff.

Your 2nd factor Authentication system is more than mind boggling. I can’t even get into my account anymore. Looks like it not only keeps hackers out, but it keeps clients out of their accounts. I tried calling your help line and that was not any help either. I’m going to be looking for another broker. Edward Papciak.
