Best, but room for improvement

Still the best software for technical traders, especially for those using mobile devices. However, tons of room for improvement. For example, NEVER trust your trend lines on an iPad until you have jiggled the time period a few times and the trend lines redraw. Also, very weak support for Apple Watch.

The latest update made it more complicated to place orders in general, especially OSO orders. iPad version of this app is much easier to use; I hope they will not push the same update there.

I wish they would change back to allow multiple log ins with same user ID. Otherwise I would give them 5 stars. They need to provide more strategy indicators.

I used Tradestation for over a year. It's not user friendly. It's slow. The customer service is really bad.

Expect to wait 30min or more if you need some assistance. Mobile app shutsThe down frequently through the day and often have technical problems. The desktop is not intuitive at all. And there is no simple tutorial you can go through and difficult to get a basic watch list going without paying a fee. It is ridiculous. I would not recommend them at all and definitely not for day trade. Server is often slow. Now the only thing might be positive is if you trade a lot, they have pretty good commission rates.

Not a good site for help. Money is disappearing out of my account. No one will answer my call. God forbid I ask for help on a mobile app as well
