TradeStation is a fine platform for any kind of trading you’re into. The desktop application is awesome but all other applications (web, iPad, iPhone) are not good at all. The layout of the app is not intuitive, the charts and studies could be better (you can’t even change sell and buy colors on an RSI study) and the balance and position report is just humerus. Today I am reporting a loss even though I sold my position for a gain. It makes no sense. If you plane to trade on a PC, TradeStation is great! The fees are super low, the platform is responsive and it has unlimited customization. Anything else and it’s not worth the time or stress. I tried to put in a buy on the iOS app and there was so much delay, I tried to cancel it. The order said it had been cancelled but 15 minutes later I got a notification that it had just went through? Thankfully I ended up making money on the position but this shouldn’t happen. Do not trade on the iOS app. It is not reliable, it is slow, and sometimes it won’t even open at all. Then you have to delete it and reconfigure your charts to how you had them before. Think or swim is such a better platform and something TradeStation should strive to be like. 2 stars only because of the great margin rates, trading fees and pc platform. You can do better, TradeStation.
Hangs all the time

Good app in general but hangs while placing an order which very annoying. Also would be nice to show bid and ask while placing/editing the orders.
Scary bad insecure account opening process

I opened an account, sent them money, gave them all my personal information, including bank account information. Got an error message that was incomprehensible. Went to the Client Center. No indication of what they did with my money, whether my account exists, what error was there. There is no customer service whatsoever, no chat, phone number didn’t work. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Difficulty transferring money to external account

TradeStation app doesn’t allow me to transfer funds from TradeStation to my external bank account, only from my bank into TradeStation. This is a problem!!!!!
Weak mobile app

The desktop version is great but it is difficult to place options trade when you have to open a whole new window. The app makes it simple but you can’t log into the app and desktop at the same time. The mobile app has very weak charts.
Amazing but missing some info

This app is pretty amazing there is some flaws though sometimes it lags and freezes but rarely. The app should include more information on dividends and information similar to that but overall loving tradestation app.

After I buy a option I like to watch my charts on my computer n trade on the mobil app. Only thing is when I’m debating to Hold or sell before close Therese no way to see your option positions Greeks. Can we please update that’s other with I love it
