Great platform but while I using in the iPad it’s always lagging if I opened more than 8 positions, also when I drawing in the charts it’s always crashing (turn of the app) . Just u need to support iPad version. Thanks

The app is very good. It provides a great way to trade while on the road. And imperative convenience. However, when you log out of the app, it immediately logs you back in. So you could be logged in and not even know it and you could press something by mistake. Also, you could be trading in the live environment when you expect to in the simulated environment. I recommend it only allowing an authentication factor (such as password or face) only after pressing the chosen option. Not automatic log in. Basically if I open the app and look at it, it logs in. Not good. It needs to be promoted. Thanks,

Don’t waste your time

I opened an account and was at the part where I was entering my deposit. My screen locked as it does if there is no activity for 30 seconds. I went back and couldn’t log on. After I entered all my sensitive information. This site seems to be a scam and I’m reporting them. The reviews are probably fake.

Lacking and slow

The mobile app is extremely slow and almost never loads once the market opens. It is also very basic and in dire need of some upgrades to catch up to their competitors

The TradeStation app is amazing. But it needs more work. I have made suggestions such as showing the volume bars on the matrix page similar to the platform so you can see where the most buying volume has happened at certain prices. Other things like being able to take the options page off and making other items available. Also showing the red volume vs the green volume would be a huge plus in future updates. I switch between TD and TradeStation because the app doesn’t provide it all.... YET....?? Keep going developers!

All around terrible customer service. The app doesn’t give you the important messages that you need to see. Scam artists. If you like customer service laugh at you when you’re having trouble with the app, then this is the place to be
