Terrible customer service

New to mobile trading, not to the market. Downloaded the app and wanted to explore it after creating a an account and verifying. After feeling comfortable with the app, I attempt to log in to link a financial institution with the intent to deposit a $1,000 to begin trading. After being unable to log in and contacting customer support, I was advised the account was closed and a decision made on their end to not do business with me. Cool. Check out the Robinhood. It’s actually a much better app with free trades and no fees. Literally downloaded the app, deposited my money, traded in less than 10 minutes. They don’t have a “firm” that will without reason choose to severe a business relationship with no appeal or affirmations that your provided personal information will be destroyed. Robinhood is the way to go. Don’t download this.

Tech support is unable allow me to log into my account

My error message states that my account is not associated with an international account, you will be redirected, hit ok, same message, hit ok, same message,,,,repeat.... I have asked tech support to allow me to log into my account. The first fix was to delete and reinstall app on iPad. Done, didn’t work. Second, restore iPad to factory resets. Done didn’t work. Deleted app after factory reset. Done didn’t work. This has now been over a month with this same problem. The company has no interest in fixing any problems. If you have any tech issues you are on your own. It is very frustrating.

The last version of Tradestation I had was disappointing! I was screwed on my live trade. I was not able to replace my Stop price despite I made the change and the order was sent! I attempted 3 times and the price stay the same. I am talking about live trade here. Can Tradestation please improve their mobile app please? I don’t wish anyone to get this bad experience that get stop out the position because for the technical error side of Tradestation.
Web trade is not good!

I tried to use my cell phone to trade but I didn’t know how to use the web trade. The video doesn’t make details to teach step by step. I am very confused about how to use my mobile devices.
Constantly shuts down

Just not a reliable app. Shuts down all the time right after signing in. Data is slow to load on charts and positions. It’s in need of a serious upgrade relative to other trading apps.
